🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 15+ years in software/data engineering; 12+ years leading data platform teams.
- Experience with GCP/AWS/Azure; batch/streaming processing.
- Track record leading SRE/production ops for data platforms.
- Hands-on with BigQuery, Snowflake, or Databricks; orchestration.
- Strong DevOps, cloud security, and FinOps leadership.
