📋 Description

• Partner with the CEO, Exec Team, and Board to shape strategy.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Finance team.
• Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, payroll, and reporting.
• Manage capital strategy and capital markets activities; investor relations.
• Ensure timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Drive cross-functional process improvements and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in renewables.
• Build and lead high-performing teams; scalable systems and processes.
• Align financial strategy with long-term objectives and market changes.
• Track record in capital raises and capital markets, including tax equity.
• Exceptional communication with investors, lenders, boards, and partners.
• Passion for renewables and decarbonization; integrity aligned with transparency, respect, and humility.
