🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership in growth firms.
• Renewable energy/clean energy finance experience.
• Track record leading capital raises and capital markets.
• Strong communication with institutional investors, lenders, and boards.
• Build scalable financial systems and processes.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Strategic thinker with disciplined execution.
