- Lead the client growth team across Greater China to hit revenue targets and run daily operations.
- Build and maintain senior client relationships through regular engagement to explore opportunities.
- Collaborate with Client Service to ensure service quality and timely delivery; provide training.
- Gather client feedback to understand needs and support new measures.
- Understand competitive landscape and articulate Guidepoint's value proposition.
- Promote access to our platform to grow revenue and market share with existing clients.
π― Requirements
- 8-10+ years in account/relationship management, sales, BD or consulting.
- Proven leadership and people management skills to drive team success.
- Proven track record managing senior-level client relationships to increase revenue.
- Ability to translate client needs into actionable ops and sales strategies.
- Skilled at identifying new opportunities with diverse client bases.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
