Senior Vice President, Accounting & Financial Operations

📋 Description

• Lead accounting operations: GL, consolidations, monthly and quarterly close, financial statements.
• Ensure timely, accurate US GAAP reporting across all entities.
• Oversee external audits and coordinate with auditors/advisors.
• Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Design and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting.
• Partner with FP&A, Tax, and operations to align accounting with planning and business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a strong plus.
• Experience at a top national firm and leading accounting/financial ops in a complex multi-entity org.
• 15+ years of accounting experience, including senior leadership roles in complex organizations.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Experience managing external audits and working with auditors/advisors.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable accounting processes and improve operational rigor.
