- Venture Capital firms: Partner with select venture firms to extend Deel’s reach, support their portfolio companies, and create joint engagement opportunities.
- Accelerators and Ecosystem partners: Own day-to-day relationships with accelerator and incubator programs and other ecosystem partners.
- Founder Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for portfolio companies, educating founders on Deel’s solutions and connecting them with internal teams.
- Quota Ownership: Meet or exceed quota by generating pipeline and revenue from accelerator and VC-backed startups.
- Outbound Relationship Building: Develop new founder, accelerator, and venture contacts to build a self-sustaining network.
- Events and Touchpoints: Represent Deel at demo days, founder dinners, alumni mixers, and ecosystem events to deepen relationships.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in startup and venture capital ecosystem, ideally with partnerships, sales, or program management.
- Authentic relationship-building, self-motivated and results-driven.
- Deep experience in a customer or partner-facing role with a track record of top performance.
- A passion for technology, startups, and helping businesses grow.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to measure program impact and success.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong storytelling to engage founders and partners.
