🎯 Requirements

4+ years in software development and UI/UX; exceptional 2-3 year candidates welcome.
Experience at UI engineering, UX design, and product strategy.
Deep React expertise; design systems with shadcn/ui and Material UI.
Designed UIs for data-heavy, enterprise apps (analytics, case management).
Hands-on with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
Excellent communicator, collaborative, and user-centric mindset.
