🎯 Requirements

5+ years UI/UX design experience for digital products or financial services
Strong hands-on Figma skills for wireframes, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI
Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design
Experience in Agile or cross-functional product teams
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
