Senior UX/UI Designer - Advertising

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end UX/UI for web, mobile (iOS/Android), and CTV.
• Collaborate with product and dev teams across time zones.
• Lead workshops, present decisions, and incorporate feedback.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes.
• Advocate for user-centered design balancing business and technical needs.
• Act as main design contact for LA Olympics team during PST.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and component libraries.
• Experience with sports or sports events projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years UX/UI design with a shipped-product portfolio.
• Experience in Sports, Media, or Digital Publishing.
• Multi-platform expertise, especially Connected TV.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation.
• Ability to work independently in remote, multi-time-zone setup.
• Core hours aligned with Pacific Time.
• Proficiency in Figma and design tools.
