📋 Description

• Lead UX/UI for mission ops tools, data platforms, and internal apps.
• Translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces.
• Design for real-time and asynchronous use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, brand, and stakeholders.
• Engage stakeholders; share progress and maintain transparency.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; evolve design system.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/UI or product design; strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.
• Experience building scalable, component-based design systems.
• Strong user-centered design, IA, and usability principles.
• Proven work on technical, operational, or data-heavy software.
• Excellent collaboration and cross-functional communication.
