Senior UX Researcher

📋 Description

• Design and run end-to-end research using mixed methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys).
• Develop and prioritize research plans with product and business teams.
• Conduct studies to uncover user behaviors and attitudes.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights for strategy and design.
• Communicate research outcomes through storytelling, presentations, and deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Content, Engineering, and Marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience in UX or product research.
• Mixed-method researcher with qualitative and quantitative skills.
• Proven track record influencing product, design, or growth.
• Ability to move between evaluative and generative research.
• Experience working cross-functionally in product-driven environments.
• Strong communication and storytelling to influence stakeholders.
