- Lead end-to-end mixed-method UX research projects to inform product decisions.
- Conduct quantitative studies (surveys, large-scale tests) and some qualitative work.
- Coordinate with UX Research team and stakeholders; manage recruitment and logistics.
- Analyze data and write reports translating findings into actionable insights.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and support decision-making.
- Part-time contract (~30 hours/week) with 15:00–19:00 UTC meetings.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a UX Researcher.
- Lead end-to-end quantitative studies: surveys, large tests, diary studies; stats and data viz.
- Lead end-to-end qualitative research: interviews, contextual inquiry, diaries.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading research projects solo or with others.
- Experience translating insights into actionable product recommendations.
