🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in product/UX design with B2B SaaS or enterprise experience
- Portfolio with data-dense, multi-step workflows and strong IA
- Experience in legal tech, document management, document generation, or regulated industries
- Experience with Salesforce or enterprise design systems; extending a design system
- Experience planning and running your own customer research
- Fluency in Figma; understanding HTML, CSS, and accessibility
- Ability to maintain end-to-end UX across multiple products
- Comfortable designing evolving patterns including AI features
- Clear communicator to executives, engineers, and customers on design decisions
- Open to critique and helping teammates
- Strong organization; manage multiple workstreams in Agile
