- Demonstrated experience conducting research in Europe, including leading fieldwork or managing EU-based vendors.
- Track record translating research into product strategy and execution for complex, multi-stakeholder products.
- Ability to independently scope, execute, and analyze studies end-to-end using industry-standard tools (survey programming, remote testing platforms; SQL is a plus).
- Willingness to travel up to 20% for fieldwork, including in-store research.
