- 5+ years of experience in User Research or adjacent field.
- Experience leading qualitative and quantitative research end-to-end.
- Ability to coach and enable non-researchers to conduct research.
- Excellent communication and empathy; effective with stakeholders.
- Strong balance of technical, business, and stakeholder skills.
- Experience with consumer research in marketplaces/e-commerce is a plus.
