Senior User Experience Researcher

📋 Description

• Plan and implement research initiatives aligned to roadmaps.
• Conduct usability evaluations (moderated/unmoderated) and experiments.
• Use interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries, ethnography, diaries.
• Facilitate workshops to capture customer business needs.
• Create flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes to show strategies.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights for stakeholders; Figma helpful.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years UX research with usability and mixed-method studies.
• Excellence in evaluative research: usability tests, prototype validation, A/B tests.
• Excellent written and verbal English; able to present clearly to diverse audiences.
• Interest in growing into generative research insights.
• Able to drive multiple concurrent projects in an agile environment.
• Experience in complex B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms with multiple personas.
