- Communicate progress and delivery timelines to team and client
- Adjust to changes in priority and scope
- Participate in UX and engagement rituals/meetings
- Identify risks and escalate appropriately
- Contribute to client presentations
- Help prepare workshops
- Suggest improvements to standard tools and processes
- Participate in a collaborative team culture
- Stay aware of industry trends and emerging tech like AI for future projects
🎯 Requirements
- At least 3 years of client-facing UX experience
- At least 2 years of consulting experience
- Experience with digital products, business logic, processes across clients
- Problem solving with a roll up your sleeves mentality
- Entrepreneurial spirit with ability to see the bigger picture
- Strong communication skills
