🎯 Requirements
- At least 3 years of client-facing UX experience
- At least 2 years of consulting experience
- Expertise with digital products, business logic, processes, and clients
- Problem solving mindset with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
- Entrepreneurial spirit with big-picture thinking
- Experience working with global teams is a plus
- Highly culturally aware
- Strong communication skills
- Practical knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies
