Manage deals with minimal oversight; draft underwriting docs; present to loan committee.
Coordinate underwriting tasks; ensure timely, accurate delivery; escalate issues.
Mentor analysts; develop training; share knowledge and best practices.
Identify training needs and customize programs.
Communicate clearly with Mortgage Banking team and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong multitasking in fast-paced environments with detail orientation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage expectations and propose solutions.
