🎯 Requirements
- 3-6 years scaling CLM activities and setting up complex processes.
- Experience with process improvement, optimization and automation.
- Ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for building robust, scalable solutions from scratch.
- Able to execute and deliver results, manage projects, and communicate clearly.
- Experience building or improving a TMS in-house or with product/engineering teams.
