Senior Treasury Analyst

📋 Description

• Execute global payroll payments end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage high-volume bulk payments across methods with approvals and audit readiness.
• Review and reconcile payment data across sources for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve payment failures; respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Accounting, Product and external partners to resolve escalations.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement automation to improve speed and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven expertise in global payments operations, multi-currency handling, and cross-border compliance.
• 5–7+ years in Accounts Payable, Payments Ops, Treasury, or Finance Ops.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payment flows, reconciliations, controls, and risk management.
• Hands-on experience with payment automation and workflow optimization.
• Strong data fluency; ability to analyze datasets and present insights to leadership.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Accounting, Product, and external partners.
• Regulatory and compliance awareness, including audit readiness and global payment regulations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
