  • Admin and logistics for weekly training cohorts.
  • Support training events: communications, facilities, equipment, materials.
  • Maintain training transcripts and records; track progress and calendars.
  • Serve as main contact for new hires, employees, instructors.

  • Oversee LMS enrollments and ensure accurate training records.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-6 years of training admin experience in aviation or regulated industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize.
  • Experience with LMS administration and training records tools.
  • Experience with the Google Suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically 2-3 times/year and work rotating shifts.
