Senior Training Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end training strategy: onboarding, certification, and continuous learning.
• Design scalable learning frameworks for a global workforce.
• Develop structured training plans aligned to skill levels, SOPs, policies, and KPIs.
• Apply instructional design to create engaging learning experiences.
• Develop training materials including modules, playbooks, tasks, and assessments.
• Build remote learning for distributed teams; partner with Ops/Analytics to close gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in training program management, L&D, or instructional design.
• Proven design of training programs for large, technical ops workforce.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams.
• Experience building remote and asynchronous learning programs.
• Strong content development: training docs, modules, assessments.
• Travel domestically and internationally 2-4 weeks/year; KPI tracking.
