📋 Description

• Create and facilitate training agendas in-person and virtually across internal and BPO teams.
• Lead AI-enabled blended facilitation using AI voice role-play to simulate complex interactions.
• Create hyper-personalized learning using AI analytics and transcription to guide curriculum design.
• Coordinate new-hire and ongoing enablement with Enablement Managers (content, scheduling, transitions, evaluations).
• Provide Train-the-Trainer coaching to support programmatic needs.
• Evaluate post-training impact with AI optimization and iterate to improve learner experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years direct classroom training/facilitation/design experience in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Travel nationally and internationally to support Toast globally.
• Exceptional facilitation and classroom management; drive measurable results.
• Navigate ambiguity autonomously; build relationships; learner-focused.
• Broad expertise in ADDIE, SAM, and microlearning for autonomous AI coaching.
• Familiar with Zoom, Articulate, LMS, engagement tools, NotebookLM.
