Senior TPS Technician, First Shift

📋 Description

• Apply Thermal Protection System materials to flight hardware via surface prep and bonding.
• Build flight hardware per work instructions and SOPs in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and quality to document operations.
• Contribute to automation and advanced tech as Terran R evolves.
• First shift: 5:00am–3:30pm PT; baseline 50-hour week with possible overtime.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certification.
• 4+ years aerospace manufacturing experience.
• Experience with adhesive bonding: surface prep, adhesive mixing, vacuum bag bonding.
• Strong verbal and written communication with engineering and production.
• Ability to set up and operate hand and pneumatic tools with calibrated devices.
• MES software experience to document manufacturing operations.
