π― Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certification.
- 4+ years aerospace manufacturing experience.
- Experience with adhesive bonding: surface prep, adhesive mixing, vacuum bag bonding.
- Strong verbal and written communication with engineering and production.
- Ability to set up and operate hand and pneumatic tools with calibrated devices.
- MES software experience to document manufacturing operations.
