🎯 Requirements
- Proven track record leading annual compensation cycles, designing structures, cap tables, and US benefits strategy.
- Integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Advanced data analytics with large datasets, speed and accuracy.
- 5+ years Total Rewards experience, global scale, tech/SaaS preferred.
- Experience applying compensation theory and market data for program analysis.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
