📋 Description

  • Own and drive annual global rewards cycles with analytics, testing, and budgeting.
  • Conduct job evaluations, benchmarking, and data collection for equity and competitiveness.
  • Advise management on pay structures, incentives, offers, and wage regulations.
  • Prepare salary survey submissions and maintain market data and validation.
  • Lead compensation design, refinement, and annual refresh.
  • Hybrid role—three days/week in the Boston office; main compensation contact.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven track record leading annual compensation cycles, designing structures, cap tables, and US benefits strategy.
  • Integrity, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Advanced data analytics with large datasets, speed and accuracy.
  • 5+ years Total Rewards experience, global scale, tech/SaaS preferred.
  • Experience applying compensation theory and market data for program analysis.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
