🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in spacecraft thermal modeling and analysis
- Proficiency with Thermal Desktop and ANSYS
- Experience anchoring thermal models to test/flight data and driving design decisions
- Strong understanding of lumped-parameter (0D/1D) thermal networks
- Excellent cross-functional communication in fast-paced environments
