Senior Tester

📋 Description

• Developing and executing test plans, test cases, scripts, and data for Agile teams.
• Executing manual and automated testing for high-priority requirements.
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identifying gaps, automation opportunities, and testability in user stories.
• Tracking defects and reporting metrics for improvements.
• Setting up test environments and supporting test execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in Enterprise IT, or No Bachelor's with 10+ years.
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain public trust clearance.
• 3+ years on Agile projects using Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience developing/test strategies, test conditions, and test scripts with traceability.
• Experience implementing test tools to support automation, performance testing, and code coverage; Selenium and SonarQube.
• DHS Section 508 Trusted Tester certification (desired).
