🎯 Requirements
- BS in aerospace/mechanical/electrical/manufacturing eng; 5+ yrs hardware testing in manufacturing.
- Experience authoring test procedures for mech, electrical, pneumatic assemblies.
- Partner with design/manufacturing teams to execute tests and lead failure investigations.
- Experience designing and managing large-scale test systems and improvements.
- Expert knowledge of safety standards, test hazards, and mitigations.
- Hands-on in electromechanical/pneumatic assembly, testing, or HV/high‑pressure systems.
