Develop and maintain QA procedures for data pipelines
Track, document, and report quality metrics for software and data pipelines
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality, defect-free solutions
Perform root-cause analysis and define corrective actions for defects
Capture, investigate, document, and resolve product issues and customer complaints
Monitor risk logs and support CAPA activities

🎯 Requirements

5+ years experience as QA Engineer, QA Tester, or similar manual testing
Experience testing data-heavy apps, ETL pipelines, or API integrations
Strong QA methodologies and SDLC practices (functional, regression, integration, UAT)
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test suites
Defect tracking with Jira, TestRail, or similar
SQL for data validation and query-based verification
