📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across engineering
• Mentor sourcers and recruiters
• Build proactive sourcing strategies to attract tech talent
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring approaches
• Improve and streamline recruitment processes and tools
• Maintain and develop our ATS (Ashby) for clean data

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in technical recruitment
• Strong track record hiring for engineering/technical roles
• Confident with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Strong sourcer who builds targeted pipelines beyond inbound
• Curious about improving processes, tools, and candidate experience
• Organised; can manage multiple roles in parallel
