- 4+ years’ experience in technical recruitment
- Strong track record hiring for engineering/technical roles
- Confident with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Strong sourcer who builds targeted pipelines beyond inbound
- Curious about improving processes, tools, and candidate experience
- Organised; can manage multiple roles in parallel
