Senior Technology Compliance Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and scale Fastly's tech compliance program; manage audits end-to-end.
• Collaborate with department heads, engineers, auditors, and customers to run audits.
• Understand Fastly's platform to apply compliance obligations.
• Refine internal control framework; update policies and training materials.
• Drive continuous monitoring program and controls improvements.
• Identify gaps and lead remediation; support third-party assessments.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years in security/compliance analysis, incl. customer security comms.
• Strong ability to discuss security controls with subject matter experts.
• Experience mapping controls to standards; gaps and remediation planning.
• BS degree in MIS, CS, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to leadership and customers.
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented; self-directed.
