🎯 Requirements

- 7+ years as a Technical Writer for SaaS, healthcare preferred
- Proficiency with MadCap Flare, ClickHelp, GitBook, Document360
- Experience creating microlearning assets (short videos, tooltips)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to quickly learn and convey complex technical concepts
