Collaborate with product, engineering, and solution architecture to clarify concepts.
Improve developer experience by producing precise, structured documentation.
Read/validate OpenAPI specs (.yaml/.json).
Operate in a Docs-as-Code environment using Git-based workflows.
Own documentation projects from intake to publication; interview SMEs.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of technical writing experience focused on software/technical platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or Computer Science.
Proven experience writing API and developer docs for SaaS, platform, or enterprise software.
Strong understanding of the OpenAPI Specification.
Proficiency with Docs-as-Code workflows and Git-based tools.
Portfolio required.
