- Proficiency with Confluence, Markdown, Git-based repos, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple doc streams and release schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
- Experience creating diagrams or visuals for architecture and data-flow docs.
