🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in technical training or related customer-facing roles in SaaS or cloud.
- Experience delivering ILT and VILT to diverse external and internal audiences.
- Hands-on in designing, building, and maintaining courseware, guides, and hands-on labs.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise tech including networks, cloud, and security.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to teach dense concepts to varied audiences.
- Preferred: expertise in Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Networking, or SaaS.
