Configure and troubleshoot training environments, including Zero Trust Exchange and ZCP.
Manage class rosters, attendance, and post-class surveys.
Provide expert student support to ensure successful learning outcomes.
Partner with content teams to review new courseware and hands-on exercises.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience in technical training
Bachelor’s degree in technology with a minor in communications, or equivalent certs.
Excellent oral, written, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as a strong team contributor.
Strong attention to detail; tailor training to diverse audiences.
