🎯 Requirements

  • Experience supporting Sage Intacct and/or Vital Edge modules (AP/AR/GL).
  • Background in customer support, care, or helpdesk environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce).
  • Experience with ERP/financial software (NetSuite, QuickBooks).
