π― Requirements
- Experience supporting Sage Intacct and/or Vital Edge modules (AP/AR/GL).
- Background in customer support, care, or helpdesk environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Intercom, Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Experience with ERP/financial software (NetSuite, QuickBooks).
