  • Become an Iterable product expert.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive outcomes.
  • Categorize and prioritize customer inquiries.

  • Escalate complex issues to CSMs and Engineering.

  • Strong ability to build and nurture customer relationships.
  • Experience managing high-priority accounts and multiple complex issues.
  • Collaborate with Eng, Product, and CSM to troubleshoot and prevent issues.
  • Participate in recurring customer meetings and onsite visits.
  • Proficient with Datadog dashboards to monitor and identify issues.
  • Solve technical problems and answer product/technical questions.
