Endpoint security: remediate endpoint vulnerabilities from Infosec.
Lifecycle and asset management: refresh cycles, inventory, MSP coordination.
Conferencing and executive support: Teams Rooms and executive AV support.
Compliance evidence: SOC 2/ISO audits; encryption status, patch posture, inventory, reviews.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in end-user IT support; senior/lead in regulated industries.
2+ years admin with Microsoft Intune and Kandji (JAMF OK).
Scripting: PowerShell, ZSH/BASH, CMD.
Fluent with EntraID and Active Directory (device join, CA).
Jira Service Management & Confluence; automation; SLA management.
Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2; endpoint baselines.
