📋 Description

  • Handle a wide range of support tickets and community queries
  • Support Japan and regional APJ/EMEA with frontline engineering help
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and GTM on technical POCs
  • Provide onsite visits to Tokyo customer sites as needed
  • Deliver service within SLA via tickets, email, Slack, or phone
  • Mentor colleagues and share knowledge with users and customers

🎯 Requirements

  • Technical support experience in ClickHouse, OLAP, or SQL databases
  • Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, and container experience
  • Cloud/SaaS platforms experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Japanese and English
  • Customer-facing pre-/post-sales, consulting, or training experience
  • Willingness to travel onsite and adapt to global schedules
