๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide advanced technical support for Saviynt PAM across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Diagnose, reproduce, and resolve issues in onboarding, vaulting, session mgmt, and automation.
  • Own customer issues end-to-end with timely updates and root-cause analysis.
  • Advise on best practices for privileged onboarding, policy modeling, workflows, approvals, and session controls.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product Management to align solutions and influence roadmap.
  • Support integrations with AD/Azure AD, cloud platforms, databases, DevOps tools, SIEM/SOAR; assist with automation via APIs and scripting.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in IAM/PAM and security platforms.
  • Hands-on with at least one PAM solution (Saviynt, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
  • Strong understanding of privileged lifecycle, vaulting, and session mgmt.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Scripting/automation: Python, PowerShell, Bash, REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with directories, databases, Linux/Windows, and networking.
