  • Own regular tickets and escalations for API and enterprise customers from intake to resolution.
  • Troubleshoot translation workflows, authentication flows, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC, and integrations.
  • Join video calls to investigate issues with developers and admins.
  • Reproduce defects and determine if issues are product bugs, config, or third-party.
  • Build playbooks and docs; mentor Support specialists.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in a highly technical SaaS support role.
  • Strong API integration debugging using Postman, curl, browser dev tools, logs.
  • SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, RBAC, IdP patterns.
  • Hands-on with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace integrations.
  • SQL and Python or Bash scripting.
  • Explain technical issues clearly to developers and admins.
