  • Serve as the final internal escalation point for customer issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-6 years in a customer-facing role, with at least two as escalation point.
  • Experience cross-functional with engineering as a conduit between customers and engineers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for solving customer problems; customer-focused mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex technologies quickly.
  • Some coding/data chops; ability to parse large data sets and REST APIs.
