  • Resolve customer issues across SaaS apps, APIs, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot Nightfall integrations on Google Workspace, Gmail, M365, Slack, Salesforce
  • Diagnose API issues including authentication, errors, and data flow
  • Support SIEM/SOAR integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows
  • Troubleshoot endpoint deployments: MSI, PKG, macOS profiles, and scripts
  • Assist deployments via MDM (Workspace ONE, Jamf, Kandji, Intune)

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Technical Support, TAM, or similar SaaS role
  • Hands-on with DLP, SIEM, SOAR, CASB, or cloud security
  • Strong troubleshooting with APIs, integrations, logs, and SaaS/cloud
  • Experience with macOS and Windows endpoints
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or command-line tools
  • Ability to analyze logs and perform root-cause analysis
