π― Requirements
- 4+ years in Technical Support, TAM, or similar SaaS role
- Hands-on with DLP, SIEM, SOAR, CASB, or cloud security
- Strong troubleshooting with APIs, integrations, logs, and SaaS/cloud
- Experience with macOS and Windows endpoints
- Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, or command-line tools
- Ability to analyze logs and perform root-cause analysis
