🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
  • 3+ years of technical support for complex issues.
  • ITIL v3 Foundation cert; ITIL certs a plus.
  • AWS or Azure cert and/or Kubernetes/containerized env.
  • Linux/Unix systems administration experience.
  • Proficient in Java or Python; experience with major DBs (SAP HANA, MS SQL Server).
