  • Develop deep technical understanding of Cribl Stream and products.
  • Provide enterprise-level support via Slack, email, meetings.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams for follow-up.
  • Give prompt, accurate feedback, set expectations, and close issues.
  • Create knowledge base notes and participate in real-time forums.

🎯 Requirements

  • BS in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years supporting enterprise customers or distributed systems.
  • Advanced Linux and networking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Regex and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication.
  • Bonus: SIEM tech (Splunk/Elasticsearch/Datadog); JavaScript/Cloud a plus.
