  • Develop deep understanding of Cribl Stream and related products
  • Provide enterprise-level technical support via Slack, email, meetings
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Escalate unresolved issues per standard procedures
  • Give prompt, accurate feedback and close issues properly
  • Create KB notes and participate in real-time forums (Slack)

🎯 Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years supporting enterprise customers or distributed systems
  • Advanced Linux and networking experience
  • Basic knowledge of Regex
  • Excellent client-facing, written and verbal communication
  • SIEM experience (Splunk/Elasticsearch/Datadog) and JavaScript/Cloud a plus
