🎯 Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required for this role.
  • 5+ years troubleshooting SSL, SAML, HTTP, TCP/IP.
  • Experience managing escalations with enterprise customers.
  • Web security and network infra knowledge: NGFW, SSL/IPSec VPNs, SD-WAN.
  • Experience analyzing packet captures and HAR traces.
  • Background in Internet/Security tech like SWG, Sandboxing, PAC files, SCIM.
  • Certifications such as CCNP or CompTIA Security+.
  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
