- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SFTP, and databases (MSSQL/Oracle/MySQL).
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications; assertive and friendly.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay composed under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, networking, or equivalent.
- Advantage: VoIP/troubleshooting; software/telecom support; API familiarity and SQL.
