📋 Description

  • Provide advanced technical support to customers via phone, online, chat and email.
  • Analyze logs, traces, and captures to determine root cause.
  • Own troubleshooting communications with customers and stakeholders.
  • Mentor colleagues on communication, troubleshooting, process and knowledge.
  • Improve procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure cases progress per SLA and assist peers toward resolution.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in a technical customer service role.
  • 3+ years with SaaS, telecoms, contact centre software, or networking tech.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, SFTP, and databases (MSSQL/Oracle/MySQL).
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications; assertive and friendly.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay composed under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, networking, or equivalent.
  • Advantage: VoIP/troubleshooting; software/telecom support; API familiarity and SQL.
